RFP for Implementation of Desktop and Web-Based GIS Application in IDCO

Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed Consulting Firms for Implementation of Desktop and Web-Based GIS Application in IDCO.

IDCO desires to develop a customized Open Source Desktop GIS Application for creating a data bank for the assets, estate and activities being carried out from different plots allotted to MSME, and other industries. This application to use GIS for spatial data will be an integral part of decision making in and monitoring & tracking and managing then estate. This application shall be the platform for integrating any new features/ modules and Web GIS Application as felt necessary by the IDCO in future.

The interested Consulting Firms can download the RFP document and the Financial Proposal from IDCO website from 28.01.2014 to 18.02.2014 up to 5.00 P.M. The purpose of this RFP document is to provide the bidders with information to assist the formulation of their Proposals. This RFP document does not purport to contain all the information each Bidder may require.

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 10.02.2014 at 3.30 PM in the Conference Hall of IDCO, IDCO Tower, Janpath, Bhubaneswar. Those who are interested to take part in the bid may attend for any clarification on the subject. The Techno-Financial bid for the above mentioned work should reach to Manager (MIS), IDCO, IDCO TOWERS, Bhubaneswar latest by 24.02.2014 up to 05.00 PM by Registered Post/ Speed Post only. The bidders should pay cost of the RFP documents of Rs. 2000.00 in shape of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation” payable at Bhubaneswar along with the RFP document, failing which the RFP will be liable for rejection.

The Technical proposal will be opened on 25.02.2014 at 3.30 PM in the chamber of Manager (MIS), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar – 751022 in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. After evaluation of the credential and other information, opening of the financial bid will be intimated to the qualified firms in due course.
