The National Alliance for Public Safety GIS Foundation (NAPSG) is a 501 (C) (3) not-for-profit organization that was formed in 2005 to overcome the challenges faced by Federal, tribal, state, and local public safety agencies. In 2015 NAPSG will be hosting a series of virtual training seminars and live regional workshops together with our local, state, Federal, and private sector partners. In-person regional workshops AND web-based virtual trainings are available to public safety & GIS/IT practitioners.

All education & training offerings are inter-disciplinary, they are relevant to fire service, EMS, emergency management, dispatch, and law enforcement.
Virtual web-based training are held as webcasts (aka webinars) allowing participants to attend from around the country. The virtual format makes it easy to receive training and exchange ideas with peers from around the country. See the schedule below – space is limited so be sure to register today!

Purpose – provide you with training on specific applications of GIS that support public safety.
- Who – open to all public safety & GIS practitioners (including: fire service, EMS, law enforcement, emergency management, dispatch/911, etc.) and space is available on a first come first serve basis.
